"They quoted me at a lower rate than I was getting before with the home and auto bundle. I had questions and they were explained to me clearly. I spoke with the business owner and one of the staff members and an agent to come out to take pictures of the property, all were kind to me. I wasn't going to get the quote but I'm glad I did, it saved me $500."
